These terms cover your use of indesigntx.com, run by Indesign LLC ("Indesign", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site is information, not a contract
The site describes our services and past work. It is not an offer, a quote or professional advice for your specific project. Scope, price, schedule and responsibilities for any project are set only in a signed written agreement with Indesign.
Renders and project images
Many images on this site are 3D renders, which show a design as planned. Built spaces can differ because of site conditions, permits, budget, owner decisions or the work of contractors. Images of finished spaces are marked as built.
Permits and approvals
Permits and inspections are decided by the government offices that issue them, such as the Health Department, the Fire Marshal or the MUD. We prepare and manage the submittals, but we cannot promise the outcome or timing of an authority's review.
Content ownership
The text, drawings, renders, photos, logo and design of this site belong to Indesign LLC or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, sell or reuse its content or images without our written permission. Client business names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify our work.
Using the site properly
Please do not misuse the site: no spam or automated form submissions, no attempts to access systems or data you are not allowed to, and no activity that could harm the site or its visitors.
Links to other sites
The site links to services such as Instagram and Google. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and may contain errors or be unavailable at times.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Indesign LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits responsibilities that are set in a signed project agreement or that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
